Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead, is one of four missing men that police from several departments are looking for in Bucks County.
Police dogs found the body of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro on Wednesday, in a 12-foot (3.7 metre) deep grave along with other human remains that have yet to be identified.
Investigators with the Federal Bureau of Investigation continued to look for the bodies on the farm Thursday evening, local media reported.
First-year university student Jimi Patrick, 19, has been missing since 5 July.
DiNardo, who was arrested Wednesday after trying to sell a victim's vehicle July 9, reportedly named a co-conspirator involved in three of the killings during his confession, who was then taken into custody Thursday, the Associated Press reported.
Police suspected early on that all the men knew each other.
An Associated Press report Thursday cited an unidentified source close to the case who said DiNardo felt "cheated or threatened" during the drug transactions. When Meo and Sturgis got out of the auto, DiNardo claims he shot Meo in the back - then shot Sturgis who was trying to run away.
It was the discovery of Meo's auto on a DiNardo family property a half-mile from the farm that led to DiNardo's re-arrest.
Dinardo was previously arrested Monday on a charge of possession of a firearm, an offense dating to February unrelated to the missing men, Weintraub said. Before making the sale, Dinardo picked up his cousin, Kratz, and the pair decided instead to rob Finocchiaro.
"Cosmo DiNardo has been charged with the murder of Mr. Finocchiaro, Mr. Meo, Mr. Sturgis and Mr. Patrick".

India would be aiming for their maiden World Cup win this time around which has been heavily dominated by Australia and England. Rajeshwari Gayakwad picked five wickets for 15 runs in 7.3 overs while Deepti Sharma had two wickets under her belt.
After killing the men, DiNardo confessed to burning the bodies in a metal tank that was converted into a cooker that he labeled a "pig roaster", according to The Daily Mail. They are scheduled for a July 31 preliminary hearing before Snow, the District Attorney's Office announced Friday night.
DiNardo, 20, confessed to the four murders to police investigators, according to his attorney Paul Lang. Sturgis was shot as he tried to run away and fell to the ground.
At least some of the missing men are friends, but it's unclear how well they knew DiNardo, if at all. DiNardo drove a backhoe to the crime scene and buried him, the documents state.
Weintraub said that had the death penalty not been taken off the table to get a confession from DiNardo, they may not have found Patrick's body.
Meo and Sturgis were both employed by Sturgis' father's construction firm.
"I'm not sure", he said, "we could ever answer that question". Online records suggest he attended the same Catholic high school as Patrick but was a year ahead.
Authorities have not revealed any details about how the victims found in the grave may have died or how they got there. Authorities located the bodies of all four men on a 68-acre property belonging to DiNardo's parents.
He made the 10-percent cash of the $1 million bail set against him for that charge.
"When they turn their backs on me, I shot Tom in the back", Dinardo told authorities, according to the complaint.
DiNardo also told detectives he agreed to sell Finocchiaro a quarter-pound of marijuana for about $700 on July 7.
